Automotive industry's good performance has been confirmed

Dusseldorf. Automotive businesses rank as some of the best in the whole of the German industry, according to a new survey by management consultants A.T. Kearney.

Companies within the automotive industry were at the top in seven out of 12 categories in the A.T. Kearney survey.

Most notably, automotive companies took the lead in supply-chain integration, delivery performance and reduction of delivery times.

The automotive industry also received top marks for treatment of staff, financial performance and information technology management.

The survey particularly praised the all-round performance of seating supplier Faurecia Autositze.
