GM chooses Schrader

LONDON — Schrader Electronics of Northern Ireland was awarded a contract to supply General Motors with tire pressure monitoring systems. The value of the contract was not disclosed.

Schrader will supply the systems for North American light trucks. The supplier’s system already is on Chevrolet Corvettes and Cadillacs in the United States.

Schrader is part of the industrial and automotive division of Tomkins PLC of London.
