DOWNERS GROVE, Ill. — Prospects Corp. of Novi, Mich., has granted Delphi Automotive Systems Corp. of Troy, Mich., an exclusive license to manufacture its SmartWindow window safety system.

Agreement terms weren’t disclosed.
