Ford names customer service vp

DETROIT - Darryl Hazel, 53, was named vice president of Ford Motor Co.'s Customer Service Division in North America, effective Jan. 1.

He will handle parts sales and customer service in North America and global parts supply and logistics.

He will report to Jim Padilla, group vice president of North America.

Hazel held various marketing positions in Ford Division, Lincoln Mercury and North American Operations.
