Ron Pogue to business line executive for generators. He will continue to act as Delphi Automotive Systems' liaison with Battery Council International, an industry trade association of which he is president.

Delphi Energy & Chassis Systems is a unit of components supplier Delphi Automotive Systems Corp., of Troy, Mich.

ENERGY CONVERSION DEVICES INC. - Frank Ingriselli will provide global activity consulting services to the company. Ingriselli is CEO of Global Venture Investments LLC, an energy technology consulting firm.

Energy Conversion Devices, of Rochester Hills, Mich., develops technologies leading to new products and production processes.

GENCORP INC. - James Didion to board member, effective Jan. 2. Didion is an independent investor.

GenCorp, of Sacramento, Calif., supplies automotive sealing systems.

HAYES LEMMERZ INTERNATIONAL INC. - The company announced several senior executive appointments and the reorganization of its North American Wheels operations. The new business unit, known as the North American Wheels Business Unit, consolidates the North American Fabricated and Cast Wheels Business units into one business.

Kenneth Hiltz to interim CFO of Hayes International, replacing William Shovers, who will remain an adviser during the transition period.

Hiltz is a principal with financial services provider Jay Alix & Associates in Southfield, Mich.

James Stegemiller to president of the new North American Wheels Business Unit.

He was vice president of worldwide operations for ArvinMeritor.

William Linski, formerly president of the North American Fabricated Wheels Business Unit, will become an adviser on special assignment to the North American Wheels Business Unit.

Scott Harrison to president of the Suspension Components Business Unit. He was vice president and general manager of the Lab Equipment Group at Fisher Scientific Inc.

Fred Bentley to president of the Commercial Highway and Aftermarket Services Division, succeeding Michael McGrath.

Daniel Sandberg, president of the Automotive Brakes Business Unit, assumes the additional responsibility of president of the Powertrain Components Business Unit.

Hayes Lemmerz International, of Northville, Mich., supplies automotive and commercial highway wheels, brakes, powertrain, suspension, and structural components.

ARVINMERITOR INC. - Bob O'Neal to president of the company's Roll Coater Inc. unit. He was Roll Coater's vice president of business operations. O'Neal replaces A.R. Sales, who will retire Nov. 30 after 11 years with the company. ArvinMeritor, of Troy, Mich., supplies modules and components for light-vehicle, commercial truck, trailer and specialty original equipment manufacturers and related aftermarkets.
