Covisint buys work flow software

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. - Covisint LLC has purchased Web-based work flow and collaboration software called TeamTrack from Team Share Inc. for an undisclosed price.

Covisint will use the software to track and manage issues and processes in product development.

This is the Colorado company's first automotive application of its flagship software.

In an unrelated development, auction, liquidation and appraisal specialist Maynards Inc. will handle Covisint's asset recovery services in North America.

Covisint now can offer its customers complete, integrated tools and services for internal asset tracking, redeployment and external asset sales.
