FORD MOTOR CO. — In the investor relations unit, the role of Mel Stephens, director of investor relations, has been expanded to include responsibility for European and fixed income investors. He remains responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s investor communications strategy and relationships with Wall Street analysts, money managers and retail shareholders.

He is a member of the Finance Leadership Group, the Communications Strategy Group and the Global Business Development Council.

Anne Bork to manager of investor relations, primarily handling institutional investors and Wall Street analysts. She was manager of global business development.

David Moore to fixed income investor relations manager, providing banks, fixed-income investors and credit ratings agencies with financial information about Ford.

He was manager of corporate financing.

Graham Pooley to manager of investor relations for Europe.

He was competitive analysis finance manager for Ford of Europe.

VERETECH — Ken Luna to vice president of sales and marketing. He will expand the company’s relationships with dealership groups and the online units of major auto manufacturers.

He was national manager of strategic marketing for Lease Marketing.

Veretech, of Delray Beach, Fla., provides online appraisals of used vehicles.

IMAGINATION (USA) INC. — Katherine Ann Thorpe to general manager of the Detroit office.

She was a Readers Digest sales representative.

Imagination (USA) is the North American subsidiary of design and communications consultancy Imagination Group, of London. Clients include Ford, Aston Martin, Jaguar and Mazda.

INTELLICORP INC. — Jeff Dalton to vice president for North America.

He was vice president for eLoyalty Corp.

IntelliCorp, of Mountain View, Calif., provides eBusiness and customer relationship management solutions.

MERCEDES-BENZ USA INC. — Bernard Kuhnt to vice president of sales for the western region.

He was general manager of Mercedes-Benz passenger car sales, responsible for franchising and commercial relationships between the Mercedes-Benz division and the franchise dealer network in the United Kingdom.
