Machine tool unit sells

WINDSOR, Ontario - Management of the Tri-Way machine tool unit has purchased the business from a Canadian subsidiary of Federal-Mogul Corp. of Southfield, Mich. Terms of the management buyout were not disclosed.Tri-Way, established in 1977, builds machine tools to manufacture engine connecting rods and cylinder heads.
