GE Capital Fleet finishes buy

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. — GE Capital Fleet Services has named former Associates President Andy Hunt as president of GE Capital Fleet Services in Canada. Citigroup’s CitiCapital unit formerly owned Associates. It had approximately $490 million in U.S. assets and managed a lease and service portfolio of more than 50,000 vehicles.

GE Capital Fleet Services man-ages 1.2 million fleet vehicles in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Europe, Japan, Australia and New Zealand. GE Capital Fleet Services is a business unit of GE Capital, a financial services company.
