Tecstar to upfit GM trucks

GOSHEN, Ind. - Tecstar, a company owned by Starcraft Corp. and Wheel-to-Wheel, an automotive engineering business, has won contracts to produce appearance packages for two General Motors trucks. Tecstar will open a plant close to GM's assembly plant in Oshawa, Ontario. The program, for the 2003 through 2006 model years, will include exterior graphics, special wheels and ground effects.
