Crossbow unveiled

Nissan took the wraps off the Crossbow concept, which appears to be the starting point for the full-sized sport-utility it plans for the United States in mid-2003. The square-angled shape slightly resembles Honda's recent Model X concept. To improve entry, the Crossbow has rear suicide doors and a wide door opening, created by the lack of a B-pillar. The concept features an automatic retractable step beneath the doors that lowers into position when the doors open.
