R. L. POLK & CO. - Bill Royce to vice president of the DaimlerChrysler team. He was a product manager for Polk's geographic information systems products and helped develop product and pricing strategy as well as marketing plans for the OEM group.

Polk, of Southfield, Mich., provides automotive solutions to the motor vehicle industry as an analytical consultant and statistician, a provider of database-marketing services, a supplier of vehicle histories and as a data enabler for geographic information systems.

ADESA CORP. - Tony Mohler to the new position of director of commercial accounts and dealer services for ADESA Commercial Remarketing Services. He will develop dealer consignments for dealer-only auctions in Phoenix; Orlando-Sanford, Fla.; Atlanta; Houston; and Colorado Springs, Colo.

Mohler was a used-equipment sales manager for Paccar Financial, parent company to Kenworth Truck Co. and Peterbuilt Motors.

ADESA, of Indianapolis, operates 54 wholesale vehicle auctions across the United States and Canada.

ONSTAR CORP. - Andrew Sills to chief information officer. He was chief information officer for Brooks Fiber, an acquisition of MCI WorldCom.

Sills replaces Bruce Radloff, who was named chief technology officer responsible for the technology strategy and direction of OnStar.

OnStar, a subsidiary of General Motors, provides in-vehicle safety, security and information services using the Global Positioning System satellite network and wireless technology.

CARS.COM - Tim Brady to director of national accounts. He was the regional Internet director for Autobytel.com.

Cars.com of Chicago, provides Web information and tools to the retail car industry, including local and national inventories of new and used vehicles.
