GE CAPITAL FLEET SERVICES - Marian Powell to senior vice president of the North America core commercial organization with responsibilities for all sales, marketing and product management and e-business functions.

Powell was senior vice president of e-business, marketing and product management for fleet services.

Rich Bacon to director of sales and marketing for GE Transportation Systems' global signaling business in Blue Springs, Mo. He was senior vice president of North American sales for fleet services.

ISUZU MOTORS ACCEPTANCE CORP. - Elizabeth Anderson to vice president and CFO. She was vice president of finance. In addition to general financial management, Anderson will be responsible for the company's securities activities, treasury and banking functions, and business and strategic planning.

Isuzu Motors Acceptance Corp., of Buena Park, Calif., is a subsidiary of Isuzu Motors America Inc. and provides finance and lease options to Isuzu vehicle purchasers, lessees and dealers in the United States.

TOYOTA FINANCIAL SERVICES - John Stillo to vice president and CFO. He oversees the finance, treasury and risk management departments.

He assumes responsibilities handled by Bob Allen, who will continue as vice president of international operations and commercial finance.

Before joining Toyota Financial Services, Stillo was executive vice president for investments and capital planning and comptroller at Associates First Capital Corp. Toyota Financial Services is in Torrance, Calif.
