Hyundai's Veloster N has been spotted on Germany's Nürburgring with less camouflage, revealing aggressive front and rear styling. Hyundai hasn't disclosed any details on the Veloster N but it won't be a simple repeat of the Veloster Turbo. The target audience is enthusiasts that consider a Golf GTI, Focus ST, or other high-performance hatchbacks. Power is provided by a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine available with two stages of tune. The base configuration will offer around 250 horsepower – still more than the Golf GTI – while the performance model will add 20 hp and feature high-end parts such as Brembo brakes. The car is based on an all-new platform, which is lighter and stiffer. The Hyundai Veloster N is expected to debut sometime next year as a 2019 model. All photos by BRIAN WILLIAMS / SPIEDBILDE
