Honda FCEV Concept

BLOOMBERG

Honda's successor to the FCX Clarity hydrogen fuel cell vehicle will have a range of 300 miles and its fuel cell stack -- 33 percent smaller than the FCX' stack -- will be housed entirely in the engine compartment. The mid-sized FCEV Concept previews a 2015 production vehicle, which will feature "significant gains in real-world performance, cost reduction, efficiency [and] packaging," Honda said. The five-passenger vehicle, Honda said, will boast a refueling time of about three minutes. The current FCX Clarity has a range of 240 miles.
