The 2013 Bentley Continental GTC convertible makes its public debut at the Geneva motor show. It will get the twin-turbocharged V8, the same at its hardtop brother. The engine delivers 500 hp at a peak of 6,000 rpm, while the maximum torque rating of 487 lb-ft arrives at 1,700 rpm and stays until the tach hits 5,000 rpm. The V8 is combined with an eight-speed automatic transmission. A Torsen differential sends 40 percent of the power to the front wheels and 60 percent to the rear. The sprint from 0 to 60 mph takes the Continental GTC V8 just 4.7 seconds, with a top speed of 187 mph.
