Redesign 2018

The next-generation Wrangler starts production in November and will debut at the Los Angeles Auto Show in December. It should arrive in dealerships in early 2018. Longer and lighter than the previous model, the 2018 Wrangler should retain the off-roader's distinctive look while improving aerodynamics. Handling also should be improved, with the addition of an eight-speed automatic transmission or six-speed manual transmission. Consumers will have a number of engine choices, including a long-sought diesel, as well as a turbocharged four-cylinder.
