Robert Hall is professor emeritus of operations management after 32 years at the Kelley School of Business, Indiana University. He is a founding member of the Association for Manufacturing Excellence, is active in organizing its programs, and is editor-in-chief of its publication, Target. His primary research has focused on improving manufacturing practices and on next-generation business and manufacturing practices. He is author or co-author of six books and numerous articles.
