Wilson Liu is the resident leader of the automotive industry group of PricewaterhouseCoopers Greater China, based in Beijing. He has over 20 years of professional experience in providing auditing and business advisory services. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia, and fellow member of CPA Australia and the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Wilson Liu has extensive experience in serving multinational and Chinese companies and has been involved in a number of major IPO projects including PetroChina Company Limited (H Share and ADR), Aluminum Corporation China Limited (H Share and ADR), AviChina Industry & Technology Company Limited (H Share), Sinotrans Limited (H Share and S144A), Beijing Capital Land Ltd. (H Share and S144A), Beijing North Star Company Limited (H Share and S144A), Beijing Media Corporation Limited (H Share and S144A) and Jingwei Textile Machinery Company Limited (H & A Share).
His automotive clients include ASIMCO, Bosch, Johnson Control, Ford, Chongqing Changan Automobile Co. Ltd. (A & B Share), Jiangling Motors Corporation, Ltd. (A & B Share), FAW - Volkswagen, Volkswagen, Volvo, Toyota, and Beijing Hyundai.
Mr. Liu is proficient in both Mandarin and English. He also has good knowledge of the accounting regulations and listing requirements both in China and Hong Kong.

Mr. Ling joined SAIC Motor Group Co as an advanced technology expert from Ford US where he worked for nearly 15 years. His career at SAIC has included appointments as chief engineer of the New Energy Vehicle Department, director of the Integrated Department, director of the Vehicle Testing Department and chief engineer of the National "863" new energy vehicles project.
Mr. Ling also served as the chief engineer of both the new energy vehicle project and the new energy vehicles base during the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. He was responsible for the organization, budgeting, formulation and implementation of the project. He also had responsibility for recruiting and building the department staff and writing and implementing the Engineers' Handbook.
His team achieved great success including working 184 days without a major accident, which was greatly appreciated by the central ministries, the Shanghai government and the SAIC leader group.

Mr. Jun Meng is Secretary of the Party Committee and Deputy General Manager in TJ FAW, a position he has held since 2007.
Mr. Jun Meng began his career at FAW in 1970. In 1982, following his graduation from Jilin Trade and Business College with a major in accounting and a bachelor's degree, he worked in a series of executive positions until being appointed dean of the Supply and Marketing Cooperative of Jilin Province in 1982. In 1994, Mr.Meng was named dean of the Finance Division and director of the Planning and Finance Department of FAW China Corporation. By 1996, he was made deputy chairman of the Car Factory. Mr. Meng became the director of the Planning & Finance Department of FAW Car Co., Ltd in 1997. He worked as deputy general manager of Fawer Automotive Parts Limited Company from 1998 through 2006. In 2006, he moved to Volkswagen China were he served as the director of the Finance Department until 2007, when he joined TJ FAW.
